Andreas Bed and Breakfast - a centrally located B&B in the older, quieter downtown area of Niagara Falls. You are only 5 blocks from the Bus and Train stations and a 20 min walk to the Falls and the Niagara Casino.

Andrea opened his B & B in 1987 when he moved into this charming 1892 historic home. He is located one house up from the River Road between the Whirlpool and Rainbow bridges. The walk along the gorge will just fly by as the mist rising from the Falls draws you closer and closer.

Directions

Andrea's B&B is located between the Rainbow and Whirlpool Bridges just one house up for the River Road.

From Toronto:

Follow the QEW to 405 and then exit on Stanley Ave. Turn right on Stanley and then left onto Whirlpool Road just before you cross the train track. Turn right onto River Road (Niagara Parkway) and follow it past the Whirlpool Bridge. Simcoe Street is about 5 streets down on your right.

From Peace Bridge:

Follow QEW to 420 then turn left at the first set of lights onto Stanley Ave. Go right onto Morrison and then to River Road. Turn right onto River Road and go one block and then right onto Simcoe St.

From Rainbow Bridge:

Turn right as soon as you get off the Bridge and do not follow HWY 420. Turn right on Hiram and left onto River Road (Niagara Parkway). Follow the River Road about 9 blocks and turn left on Simcoe Street when you see the big Gray House.
